I've cut and regrown my hair many times and have tried many hair products but the improvement is not significant.

Over time relaxers will thin your hair out. It's simply
a fact. In order to regain some of that fullness lost
with the chemical process it simply to not relax your
hair so often. Try some human hair braid extenstions
for a month or two. If that's not your styl simply
touch it up t every 3- 4 months and simply straighten
your new grown with a flat iron (chi, hai, or maxglide
are great ceramics that won't damage your hair).
Rollerset your hair, instead of blow drying, or flat
ironing your hair as well. Even during the regrowth
phase, rollerset it. If you don't live near a salon,
or simply don' have the means to do that, then let it
air/ hood dry and flat iron the new growth. As for
natural products you can use on your hair. I always
recommend conditing hair with an avacado, olive oil,
and mayo. Leave this gunk on your hair overnight and
shampoo it out in the morning. The Vitamin shop also
carries great all natural shampoos and conditioners
made with jojoba oil. If you have the extra cash,
Aubrey Organics is a great natural line of hai
products sold there. Good Luck!

i have the same problem--hate my hair after a relaxer because it is so flat and straight. I only get a mild relaxer. Also, get your hair roller set or a roller wrap when you get a relaxer so you'll have body and curl.

stay away from other chemical. and i heard that olive oil is very good in regrowing hair. but other things that you are doing maybe damaging to your hair that's why you are not seeing the result you want.
