Why would you want your hair cut in the winter? it is cold out there, long hair protects your ears and neck from getting cold...

I personally admire winged back on the side,long in the back and some bangs in the front,maybe with a little lightener or some blonde or frosted highlights to shine on those winter mornings.

I say it depends.Try a look that fits you and the season.Ask some suggestions from friends and family and after some time you will be able to decide what kind of cut you wanna have.
