im young but dont look nearly as young as i am. lets just call me "mature". i can understand when guys who dont know me come up to me to ask me out of whatever but guys who know me...((i work with)) always find a way to bring me into their fantasies and//or sexual thoughts. im like wow... im WAYYY too young for you. if i were interested in a guy this much younger than i was i think i would hide it. not flaunt it to the world and the person involved.

It's just physical attraction. Men who are attracted to young women (and are successful with them) will tend to have more and healthier children, thus leading to more men who like young women. Additionally, most women are attracted to men who are older than they are, so perhaps some men get used to women their age and older not being interested.
Not all men lack self-control, though. If you are feeling harassed, you should follow your company's policy about that. Otherwise, just know that the attraction itself is not a maturity issue, although how they deal with it might be.

I think it has something to do with the maturity leave of guys they have to date younger women just so they can be at the same level
