First time didn't hurt me, but I was into sports a lot so my hymen had probably torn much earlier.
Anal is nice sometimes, at least I like it. Just remember the golden rule, "too much lube is not enough"!

I didn't hurt the first time. A lot of girls like anal. I have personally yet to try it, but I would like to.

1st Q: It depends, it hurt the first time for me, and i bled a lil bit cause a thin layer of tissue called the hymen tore. For me, it kinda hurt for a bit then i kinda felt numb.
2nd Q: Some girls like anal, some girls dont. It depends on the girl. I've never done it, and i don't think i ever will.. Just doesnt appeal to me..

Yes, but usually not too bad assuming she's turned on and 'ready'.
Some do, most don't, depends how sensitive you are down there. Use lots of lube regardless.
