Okay. No matter how strong a man;s sperm is HE CANNOT cause 2 eggs to rupture from a woman's. There has been some recent debate about the man having a part in the situation if the twins are identical only.
Believe it or not the seasons play a part in it. Just before spring when the time changes, your cycle may as well causing a women to cycle twice within a short period of time.

When I had my twins the doctor told me that it is the female that decides how many theres going to be and the man decides the sex. That was 19 years ago. There are more twins on my ex-husbands side of the family, and maybe two sets on my side but far back.

I do not think it has anything to do with man's family;the chances however increases if it either party has a a family history that has got twins. It does not matter if it is the father or the mother

There is a greater chance of having twins if it runs in the woman's family but there is still a chance if it runs in your husbands family.

I don´t think exercise like running or jogging have any thing to
do with the chances but if there are quite a number of twins
in his family then I would guess that the odds are pretty good.

i believe it matters more if it runs on the female's side of the family because its the egg that splits or 2 eggs that drop, creating twins.
