I'd talk to you, and see if I had a basis for such a reaction. If I was really taken with you, I'd make it *really* obvious - without being too direct - and make you feel extra special, giving you my attention to the exclusion of the other people around.
Then I'd leave you with a way in, to get to know me, or contact me, in a subtle sort of way. If you didn't ask directly, I'd make sure it was there. Or if I hoped to see you again I'd leave it and wait to see you around again the next time. And knowing you could find me somehow, I'd wait to see if you called.

Say you look familiar and try to figure it out. May be you were soul mates in another life and this is how you found them in this life. Start a convorsation and ask them out maybe. It could be the start of something incredible.
