okay..i have i boyfriend[jesse].and i love him..but his best friend[laython] recently told me that he likes me and that i should break up with jesse for him..at first i said noo way..but now im starting to like laython more that i like jesse..but i dont want to! im trying so hard to focus on jesse.but everytime i do..laython comes to mind..what should i do? should i break up with him or get over laython.. HELP? by the way..im 13

you're 13 what are you doing in a relationship? i wsant thinking about relationships until like about 16.you are wayyy too young to be thinking about these things..theres soo much more to offer you..you need to be focusing on school. how do you know what love is at 13? you must be in lust..you must like him alot and think its love..i dont think you know what the real defintion of love is at such a young age..but im not your mother so to answer your question. you're going to hurt jesse..just put yourself in jesse shoes what if you friend came at jesse like that and jesse broke up with you for your friend? how would you feel? i know if it was me i would be very upset. you should go with your gut feeling and instinct..what did jesse do to deserve this? it looks like to me that you should tell jesse that laython came at you like that..it looks like laython is not a real friend because if he was he would respect jesse and not have came at his girlfriend like that..now what if you break up with jesse to get with laython and then next week laython breaks up with you for someone else? no you have nobody and jesse is mad so he doesnt want you back now what are you going to do? and that is hoeish to mess around with someone thats friends to begin with..im sure you know the defintion of hoeish...you're too yuong to have these relatinship problems anyway..u need to be just as focused on school as you're on jesse and laython.

Well here is the answer I have, which many might not agree with, but I say that at 13 you should be 'playing the field' that means going out with many different boys, enjoying your time as a teenager, and meeting different people, by experiencing the different personalities and habits guys have you will later in life be able to make a better decision as to what kind of man you would want to settle down with. Not only this, you will hopefully have got all the running around out of your system and will be able to settle down and appreciate what you have, or else, the grass will always look greener on the other side, because you will not have had any experience to teach you different.

You are just sooo fickle-minded! Do you think you will ever be happy with Layhton even if you really do break up with Jesse? Never. From your question, it doesnt seem that you really do have any problem with Jesse, but you still like to dump him just bcoz there is this another guy who is trying to come into your life?

If this Laython guy was good for you, he wouldn't be pressuring you to break up with your current boyfriend, who also happens to be his "best friend". If he really was Jesse's friend, he wouldn't be going behind his back like that. Forget about Laython and stick by Jesse. It sounds like Laython is acting very immature and selfish.

i think you should stick with jesse....coz if you dump jesse for his best friend....you will cause friction between jesse and laython and be all mad at each other for a while and then they will ask themselves "why did we ever let a girl come between us"? and they will have nothing more to do with you....so stay with jesse.....laython will get over it
