So far I know that I should heep the tip of my toungue at the roof of my mouth to keep a constant flow of saliva, not to have my mouth open, and keep a straight back so my lungs aren't cramped. But is there anymore? And I also heard about "Diaphragm Control," what is that and how does it work?

I don't exactly understand your question..... but from what I do understand it sounds like you need eat protien bars or shakes before you run. Also don't dehydrate youself, drink lots of water.

make sure you stay up the night before and dont drink any coffee and have tons of sex then eat 4 large pizzas a bag of pretzals 8 cupcakes a snickers bar and a diet coke. (which defeats the purpose of eatin 4 large pizzas a bag of pretzals 8 cup cakes and a snickers) so i suggest a regular soda and if you could fit a cherry pie into it then your good. then take off running as fast as you can
