there is this guy in the house opposite to mine he comes on to his roof from where my room n garden are visible where i m most of the time he keeps looking at me n i keep ignoring him its going on since last 5 months but he just comes on his roof n stares at me n in the nite he tries to attract me by blinking his mobile lite towards me now i have also started feeling for him i keep thinking about him the whole day n nite
i want to make this relationship but dont know how to so should i look at him or keep ignoring him n wait for his act plzplz answer seriously n help me plzzzzzzzzzz

Try meeting him make friends do not just stare or ignore etc, life's too short and you do not want to live life wondering about him. Stop wondering and make contact or you will never discover anything. Be brave be honest and have some fun. Communication is the key issue in all relationships (even weird neighbours) go over and introduce yourself. You have nothing to loose. enjoy the experience while it's there and available. it's a choice just make a decision on what to do about it and your feelings and do something about it now. x o

umm...Im not sure how "cute or romantic" what he is doing is...some could interpret what he is doing as borderline creepy....if your "relationship" has been only going on for 5 months and mostly consisting of him leering at you on top of his roof, Im not sure if that qualifies as love...or even a relationship...but if you feel safe and don't think he is a major weirdo, next time he's sitting out there yell at him, "hey, you gonna say something or stare at me for another 5 months!", do that with a visible smile and see what happens...if he screams and starts jumping up and down before running away call the cops....if he says something clever back, there you go....
