.....Ok, I hate to say it-- but if you are overweight (which you didn't say you were) but then going to a doctor can be the answer to your prayer. Because only then will a medical condition that could be causing weight gain or keeping you from losing weight be diagnoses and treated. Without this, ANY method of trying to lose weight will be a waste of time and energy.
Otherwise, you have to make lifestyle changes including fitness and dieting. Which isn't bad because most of the time, adding a regular exercise routine also decreases stress, improves energy levels, and makes you feel better all around. It helped w/ my depression (I was even able to quit taking stupid *** antidepressants!)
Anyway... Don't puke. It doesn't really do anything. Trust me-- been there, done that.
Good luck! You can do it :)

i suggest eating every food group in moderation, cut back on sweets, just maybe go for a walk every day or something like that. eat all the food groups, and increase exercise, in moderation of course. puking is not the answer, you will end up hurting more than helping. i went through the same thing, just email me with any more questions.

Well, if you continue to try to make yourself throw up you're either going to kill yourself or destroy your health. Same if you DON'T see a doctor, so I don't have any advice that you really want. Sorry.
