You have bonded for life, and he/she is greeting you enthusiastically. Wait until he/she matures and the regurgitation starts. Its the highest form of bonding, and common among all birds in the parrot (psittacine) family.

That's budgie's way of showing you affection and he's trying to get your attention!! :) I love it when my budgies do that to me.
Budgies also do that to their mate to show them affections.
Watch out that he doesn't start regurgitating food to feed you. That's another way of showing that he loves you!!!

Your budgie is just doing the courtship dance to you, it sees you as it's mate becuase he is bonded to you, sometimes budgie will try to feed their human mate becuase they are so strongly bonded to them.

he/she loves you and is happy with your presence
MIne bops when I call it's name and when it listens to music
MIne even 'dances' when I dance - being silly that is, it copies by moving it's wings fast :-)
