I think this is a important question you have put up. Every one should know the answers for "What quality should be in God?".
Answers
5Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus:
6Who, being in very nature[a] God,
did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,
7but made himself nothing,
taking the very nature[b] of a servant,
being made in human likeness.
8And being found in appearance as a man,
he humbled himself
and became obedient to death—
even death on a cross!
9Therefore God exalted him to the highest place
and gave him the name that is above every name,
10that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,
in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
11and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,
to the glory of God the Father.
And if you are not satisfied with this answers then read whole bible to know the quality of God.

The question and the answers given above all prove the biggest fault in our religion and in our thinking.
How can we mortal beings decide some funny moral things and impose those morals and duties on GOD?
And then idiotically, we expect god to follow all those moral and ethics fixed by us, humans and dont do any deviation??
Due to this stupidity, religions fail to answer why there are wars, why there are rapes, why there are calamities, if god is so loving
God is God....He fixes morals for us... not we telling him his duties and ethics

We should not expect God to be something that we think he should be, for he is Perfect. What we should we really be asking is "what quality does God expect us to be?".
