Procrastinaton can have an additive affect for sure. Try to break down your tasks into the smallest easiest pieces and promise to do just one of the pieces. When I get in a procrastination place - I find that making a list of the simple component parts gives me something to do that does not require a lot of thought. And typically once I've done one of the simple things - the second third and fourth simple things seem to get done too. Works for me.

First of all be in a companion of a person who is very cool. Just keep on listening and meet him often. I am sure you would enjoy his / her company and open your heart out to him/ her. Go out with aperson whom you like or love, I am sure you will gain energy then. Think always that there are always worse things which might have occurred to others, so be a positive thinker and compare all good things, see and think good, do good, you will automatically start feeling good. Maybe you are showing signs of depression.
Maybe it would be good idea to try PROZAC or something.
I would suggest you do not go overboard when it comes to a diagnosis.
Try to deal with depression first...by itself.
I get suspicious when a person has a long list of ailments like...
'
depression...ocd,bi-polar,sex addict
that is too much to deal with and some of the previously mentioned diagnosis are recent trends/fads.
depression is readily treated with meds.
don't burden yourself with a whole lot of the other currently in vogue illnesses.

You should drink before getting the day started. For breakfast I enjoy some good ol Irish coffee with some shots of tequila. I do it right before I jump in the shower! After my shower I want to do everything!! Fun things and boring things-no tension at all!! Good Luck!

When you say that instead of doing the things that need to be done that you ignore it. What is it you do instead? My son called me up one time and he was quite uneasy. He said "Mom, I am sitting here on my couch and I was thinking about this and about that and worrying about this and that, and I just don't know what to do." I said get off the couch." That's it, that is all I said to him. That was a perfectly good place to begin. Once he did, it was one of those syncrinictouseous moments because everything happened in a chain reaction once he stood up. Try it.

You seem to showing signs of depression. Tell your doctor about it to make sure--your appetite can go away, too. Another symptom is sleeping too much or too little. Your doctor can diagnose you and maybe set u up w/a script for an anti-depressant and counseling. Good luck!!
