Maybe you are getting to much medication medication for Hypothyroidism. because I was misdiagnosed. I went to a doctor that kept telling I was having anxiety attacks but it was a side effect of Hyperthyroidism it I had tachycardia because of thyroid problem not anxiety attacks. the first doctor even told me to go see a psychologist. I also met another women that was told to see a psychologist because she was depressed turns out she had Hypothyroidism I am grateful to have found a good doctor.

I have had this for many years. Tell your doctor about what you feel, there is medication that can help, but something I've found helpful is when I start feeling this way I remember it WILL GO AWAY. So why worry. Just get busy doing something, go on the computer or draw or cook, anything. You will be fine.
