The king of wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, either 100% or blended with some Merlot and maybe a little Cabernet Franc (like the Bordeaux wines from the Medoc region).

I like to take a glass of White Zinfandel and drop a few bite-sized chunks of watermelon into it. It adds a slight watermelon flavor to the wine, and the watermelon is great after the wine is gone!

Hmmmm, I think I will go and make myself one right now!! :)
