You know you love someone when their needs and wants are more important to you than yours; but the greater question is "How do you know someone loves you?" The answer to that depends on what you consider "love". What do you expect from the person you love? What does the person you love expect from you?

When you search and search for a reason to not be with this person and cant find one no matter what your situation is. When your mind plays a 24 hour movie with just them in your head all day every day. When everything you during the day somehow reminds you of them. When you think you need to call them just to hear their voice.
I could go on and on but those are most of the tell-tale signs my friend

You know when you love someone when you can't stop thinking about them.When you talking to them they're presences just make you speechless.When you always ask yo be alone with them and when you can finally talk you tell them things that you know no one else will understand.You can basically tell when your in love with someone when can't stop talking,and dreaming about them!

When you can look them dead in the eye, and they are looking at you, and you get that feeling you get when you are going down a steep hill on a roller coaster. Your hands sweat, and your heart beats faster. You might also talk quieter to the person or talk alot less because you are too stunned to think correctly. :)

When you can't stop thinking about them. When you look into your mental future and see them as your wife with a child hanging around your leg. You can't stand not being able to see them. Just the sound of their voice can make you smile. You look into her eyes and think to yourself, "man am I lucky". That's when you are in love.

You feel it in your soul,body and mind. You may get butterflies just thinking or being around this person. You eat,sleep and wake up to thoughts of them. For the most part.
