Personality! Dressing well, being very nice and sweet (without letting people walk all over you), try being a girl's friend first and then see if you can go to the next step, being smart...just know that even though in high school it is hard to find people, but when you get older and all the superficial stuff is out of the way, girls mostly like a guy who is smart, honest, steady, stable, loving, caring, funny and over all nice.
