im being serious can someone tell me plz

Sorry no milk or cottage cheese in the center of bones. In long bones (like the thigh bone, aka femur) and some flat bones (like the hip bone) there is a substance called marrow and that is responsible for producing cells in your body like your white and red blood cells. These cells help you fight off infection and carry oxygen to other cells.

well, it depends if you physically forced it into you're bones...but then i doubt you'd live long. The calcium in milk and cottage cheese ends up in your bones, not the actual food...there is indeed bone marrow (composed mainly of red blood cells I think, but no milk).

no there is bone marrow. . . not anything to do with mike or cottage cheese.
