The closest is a 9 inch pie plate.

An 8 inch square pan has 64 square inches ( 8 X 8)
A 9 inch round pan has 63.6 inches (half the radius [4.5] squared times pi)
A 9.5 inch pan has 70.8 square inches.

If you use the 9.5 inch pan, which should work fine, check the product just before the minimum time given for a 8 X 8 pan. The reason is that the 9.5 inch pan has a slightly larger surface, which means that whatever you put into it will be slightly less thick than if you put it into a 8 in square pan. Therefore, it is going to cook slightly quicker, about 10 per cent quicker.

A general rule is that a square pan of X inches is essentially the same as a round pan of X+1 inches.
