There was a turtle by the name of Bert
And Bert the Turtle was very alert
When danger threatened him he never got hurt
He knew just what to do

He'd duck and cover, duck and cover
He'd hide his head and tail and four little feet
He'd duck and cover!

The Israelis do not deny or confirm that they have nukes. essentially they already have the tech and material for nukes but they do not have functional warheads, which is why no conclusive proof for them exists. Theoretically any one of the F-16, F-4s and F-15 fighter planes that exist in the Israeli air force can drop a nuke as far as Tehran, and they have been developing cruise missiles that could hit stuff as far as Bagdhad with nukes. According to most nuclear experts the Israelis have something like 200 weapons units that can be turned into nukes (all that they need is the plutonium triggers or some other missing component). As to what will happen...it depends on whoever is in power though they had been fighting wars yet havent called upon these weapons yet. If Iran gets nukes on the other hand...I would leave the Middle East if I were you

Isreal has had Nukes since the late 60's. They had planes armed with nukes ready to bomb Syria and Egypt in the 73 war. It would have saved the world a lot of grief it they had used them.

You can rest assured the Isrealies will use them on Iran before Iran will use one on Isreal. When the threat gets close to being reality, Isreal will turn Iran into a radioactive glass parking lot. After WWII they swore to never suffer another Holicost and they truely mean it. This might change as the WWII generation and the baby boom generation die off in the next 20 or so years.

They have them, but are very quiet about their whole program. Although the chances of it happening are much smaller than with their neighbors, we would all be in a bad way if a radical government would take power there. All the nations of that region are just one crazy ruler away from being terrorist states. Israel is probably the closest to begin what one might think of as stable and relatively sane

The genie has been out of the bottle since the Trinity blast. It is terrible that anyone has the capability, but better that we have it and "they" don't, (at least for now). In many ways, Western culture may not be more enlightened, but is certainly a more predictable one, and more frightened of the consequences of it's use. Many people view our nuclear capability as a grave responsibility, not a chance to go on a rampage for our militant religious goals.

Israel has atomic weapons.President Carter was the first president to say this in public.Israel has this weapon program to prevent the former Soviet Union from helping Arab nations defeat her.We all know she does not need nukes to defeat the Arabs.During the cold war she believed the Soviet Union may join the Arabs in a war.Nukes are only to be used as fail safe plan.America is the only nation to have used nukes in war.

Israel has had nuclear weapons for almost 40 years.

So far nothing has happened to 'the world' (except the fact that nobody has attacked Israel with nukes).

They already have them. Former top pentagon officials will not deny or admit. There's plenty of top military men who have slipped up and said things like "Israel will send a large mushroom cloud over Iran"
Even military writers like Tom Clancy have written books like the sum of all fears, about Israeli nukes. Tom Clancy is a fiction writer but the weapons and tactics he writes about are always accurate.

Isreal has atomic bombs. I think. And it seems to me they are very restrained with them. They do not threaten using them, and they are always at war with Arabs. I would say the world will go on as it has been going on.
