I Have taken this test twice and have failed twice. Does anyone know how many times I get to take it, before the bastards don't let me anymore? thanks

Um, they are not bastards, they are keeping a driver who is obviously not familiar with the laws and the rules of the road from killing the rest of us.
Study very hard, because it is only three chances before you have to wait six months or so for the next set of three tries.

As far as I know, there is no limit. If you fail it, you simply go back the next day and take it again.

I think it is 3 and then you have to wait or something.
