To tell you the truth, after started participating in Y!A my procrastination has reasonably reduced. Unless I answer certain questions daily, I don't get up. I don't post phone things especially when it comes to Y!A

Because: why deal with a problem when you can type it out, wait a few hours while you waste time, and come back for the answer?
A better thing to do is spill your question, answer some and spread some light and joy to the world, and the good karma will come back in the form of a bonus answer.

Y!A = Procrastination
Proof:
Y!A+User=time
time=Unit of Completion (UC)
UC=Motion
(Y!A does not = Motion) = Procrastination

and what? oh jeeze i'm losing my mind. i like you cause you seem all cool and stuff asking a question like that. but i don't think there is a way to prevent it. cause it should come from the person, which is sad. oh well, life will go on.
bye
