If he likes you, make the first move, if he likes you. He may only like you as a friend, if so, don't get hurt, he just has a different taste, he may like you, then in that case its your turn to make the move. Guys can be picky (for bfgf relationships) of shy, or just afraid of losing you.

flirt some more.if that doesn't work,come on to him.if those don't work, he might be the type of guy who thinks flirting is just fun and doesn't mean anything.yes, there are guys like that!

put your balls on and ask him out and state what you mean he may think you just kinda messing with him and don't think you are serious if you ask him out he will know what you want
