Most sodas have about 16 tablespoons of sugar in one can. That is alot of soda. Some people have a problem with Aspartame. Try sodas that use Splenda as a sugar substitute. Sixteen tablespoons is alot of sugar to bombard your system with all at once.

Depends on the soda. A can of Coke has around 32 grams of sugar. A candy bar would actually be better for you but that hasn't stopped me from drinking the Coke...lol.

A healthy sugar substitute is Splenda. It is derived from sugar.

No aspartame is not an OK substitute...I don't know exactly, but i know it's a lot!!

why do you care? i mean... are you trying to lose weight? soda is soda. and people dont really dont care whats in it. its so good. so you shouldn't care either.
