This started about five hours ago, I don't think there was any chance in her getting into anything. The only two things I can think of is we recently changed her dog food and she was outside a little more often than normal in the heat. (she is a boxer and almost always in doors)

Probably the heat. This happened to my dog a few years ago. I'd get her to the vet, they will probably give her some supplemental food that is very mild on her stomach so that it can rest. I would call first thing in the morning and until then, let her drink slowly and keep her from running around. Good luck & i hope she is okay.

Get her to the vet. If there is an emergency clinic in your area, it might be a good idea to pay it a visit. If not, pick up all food and water, and take your dog to the vet first thing in the morning. Vomiting and diarrhea together add up to dehydration really quickly, and can be signs of anything from a diet change to an intestinal obstruction to an intestinal virus. There is nothing you can give at home, because your dog is vomiting. Any food or water that you give will just cause more vomiting.

Good luck, and go to the doctor ASAP!

The thirst is most likely due to her dehydrating from the diarrhea and vomiting. Vomiting fecal smelling material may be indicative of an intestinal obstruction.
She needs to go to a vet sooner rather than later, she is dehydrating and the longer you wait the worse the electrolyte imbalance will become.
Good luck with her.

I had something similar happen to my dog once. The vet had me give them a teaspoon of Pepto Bismol (the pink stuff) a couple of times a day. But most importantly, take them to the vet. If this continues, they could become dehydrated very quickly. This could be the onset of even more complications.

Sounds like horrid worms and or a bowel obstrucion. If the feces can't get out, it'll come up. That dog needs a vet and fast.

You need to take it to the Vet Beware of giving the dog pepto bismol as it contains asprin and you can over dose the dog especially if it is a small dog, give Kaopeptac (sp) it's better.

Take her to a vet - a change of diet should not cause the excess thirst.

IT maybe a sign of a kidney issue

TAKE THAT DOG TO THE VET IMMEDIATELY, it sounds like parvo to me which is a extremely deadly sickness, but CAN be treated if caught soon enough.
