I DON'T AND HAVEN'T SINCE DECEMBER OF 1995--WHEN I LEARNED THE TRUTH!
Most people will try to tell you alot of stories such as: Jesus rose Sunday, or no longer under the law, or "law is one away with" or some excuse not to keep the Sabbath! If they keep Sunday; they will be worshipping the(sun god) beast of Revelation.
The Seal of God is in the 4th Commandment in Exodus 20:8-11; references are John 4:22-24 and Rev.14:7.
Sabbath in Encyclopaedia Americana, Vol.24, pp.68-69.
The Sabbath Day is Saturday.
Look it up in dictionaries, encyclopedias and etc.
But anyway a SEAL contains 3 things.
1. HIS NAME,
2. HIS OFFICIAL POSITION, TITLE OR AUTHORITY
3. THE EXTENT OF HIS DOMINION AND JURISDICTION
Now the SEAL in the 4th Commandment is
1. THE LORD
2. MADE {office,creator}
3. HEAVEN AND EARTH {dominion}
If we know the SEAL is the 7th day sabbath Saturday (EXOD.20:8-11); then rejecting it would be the MARK.
REV.7:2-3 "AND I SAW ANOTHER ANGEL ASCENDING FROM THE EAST, HAVING THE SEAL OF THE LIVING GOD: AND HE CRIED WITH A LOUD VOICE TO THE FOUR ANGELS, TO WHOM IT WAS GIVEN TO HURT THE EARTH AND THE SEA,
SAYING,HURT NOT THE EARTH, NEITHER THE SEA, NOR THE TREES, TILL WE HAVE SEALED THE SERVANTS OF OUR GOD IN THEIR FOREHEADS." {DEUT.6:8 = knowing, doing and keeping the Sabbath holy}
SO IF YOU KEEP SATURDAY HOLY(JN.4:22-24) AND FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST FAITH; YOU WILL HAVE THE(REV.14:12) "SEAL OF GOD".
Evidence: (Catholics know when the seventh day is)
"1. Is Saturday the 7th day occording to the Bible & the 10 Commandments.
"I answer yes.
"2. Is Sunday the first day of the week & did the Church change the 7th day--Saturday---for Sunday, the 1st. day:
"I answer yes.
"3. Did Christ change the day
"I anser no! Faithfully yours,
"J. Card. Gibbons"
--Gibbon's Autograph letter.
"Ques.--Which is the Sabbath day?
"Ans.--Saturday is the Sabbath day.
"Ques.--Why do we observe Sunday instead of Saturday?
"Ans.--We observe Sunday instead of Saturday because the Catholic Church transferred the solemnity from Saturday to Sunday."--Peter Geiermann, The Convert's Catechism of Catholic Doctrine (1946 ed.), p.50. Geiermann received the "apostolic blessing" of Pope Pius x on his labors, Jan.25,1910.
Bible Readings pg.194.
(Dan.7:25 tells us "he will think to change laws and times")
"Of course the Catholic Church claims that the change was her act...And the act is a Mark of her ecclesiastical authority in religious things." ---H.F. Thomas, Chancellor of Cardinal Gibbons.
Most people have followed the church; look what Rev.13:1 says "...and all the world wondered after the beast." What does this mean; will if you seen every domination---they follow the Catholic's teachings which are false(Dan.8:12). This is the image of the Beast. This is what God tells his people that are in 1st Babylon and 2nd Babylon in Rev.18:4 "...Come out of her my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye not receive her plagues."
"IF ANY MAN WORSHIP THE BEAST{Sunday} AND HIS IMAGE{teachings of Catholic Church} AND RECEIVE HIS MARK IN HIS FOREHEAD,{affections} OR IN HIS HAND" {REV:14:9, refraining from labor on THAT DAY}.{See ECCLES.9:10; ROM.7:25.}
The Mark of the beast is 666! To accept the beast's mark is to not accept God's Holy Sabbath Day Saturday as Working on the Sabbath.(reference Deut.7:8)

Here's an honest look at Scripture as it pertains to Sunday worship:
Isaiah 1:13 - God begins to reveal His displeasure with the Sabbath.
Matt. 28:1; Mark 16:2,9; John 20:1,19- the Gospel writers purposely reveal Jesus' resurrection and appearances were on Sunday. This is because Sunday had now become the most important day in the life of the Church.
Acts 20:7 - this text shows the apostolic tradition of gathering together to celebrate the Eucharist on Sunday, the "first day of the week." Luke documents the principle worship was on Sunday because this was one of the departures from the Jewish form of worship.
1 Cor. 16:2 - Paul instructs the Corinthians to make contributions to the churches "on the first day of the week," which is Sunday. This is because the primary day of Christian worship is Sunday.
Col. 2:16-17 - Paul teaches that the Sabbath was only a shadow of what was fulfilled in Christ, and says "let no one pass judgment any more over a Sabbath."
2 Thess. 2:15 - we are to hold fast to apostolic tradition, whether it is oral or written. The 2,000 year-old tradition of the Church is that the apostles changed the Sabbath day of worship from Saturday to Sunday.
Heb. 4:8-9 - regarding the day of rest, if Joshua had given rest, God would not later speak of "another day," which is Sunday, the new Sabbath. Sunday is the first day of the week and the first day of the new creation brought about by our Lord's resurrection, which was on Sunday.
Heb. 7:12 - when there is a change in the priesthood, there is a change in the law as well. Because we have a new Priest and a new sacrifice, we also have a new day of worship, which is Sunday.
Rev 1:10 - John specifically points out that he witnesses the heavenly Eucharistic liturgy on Sunday, the Lord's day, the new day of rest in Christ.
Matt. 16:19; 18:18 - whatever the Church binds on earth is bound in heaven. Since the resurrection, Mass has been principally celebrated on Sunday.

The Church did not really change the Sabbath. It simply chose to Change the day it formally gathered to Worship Christ. They worship Christ on Sunday because that was the day he was ressurected. Because this is the most significant event of Christianity, Sunday took on greater significance than Saturday. Many of the earliest Christians still observed the Sabbath on Saturday, while worshiping on Sunday as well.

It wasn't the Catholic Church that changed the "true" sabbath to Sunday. I'm not sure what that means...but the first Christians worshipped on Sunday because that was the day of the resurrection. If anything, "true sabbath" is practiced by Jews, according to Jewish practice and law, and begins at sundown on Friday.

The short answer is because of tradition and deception. People would rather stay true to their traditions than accept the Bible and what it says. As for the deception, many make claims that the Bible supports the change of the Sabbath, however this just isn't so, there is no example of such a change in the Bible. Keep Searching!

Jesus is the new sabbath and he is supposed to have risen on Sunday. The purpose of the sabbath is to remind men to rest mind, body and soul from work (supposing that you had put in a good 6 days of toiling at home or at the office) and worldly things.

Which day is the Sabbath? Is it Saturday? On which day should a Christian worship? I believe it is Sunday. The Saturday Sabbath was given to Israel. Ezekiel 20:12,20 states: I gave them [Israel] my sabbaths, to be a sign between me and them, that they might know that I am the LORD and also hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you [Israel]. This was the first covenant to Israel.
Christians have a new covenant. Jesus made a surety of a better testament (Hebrews 7:22). He [Christ] is the mediator of a better covenant (Hebrews 8:6). He [Christ] is the mediator of the new testament [or new agreement] (Hebrews 9:15).
Because of His death and this new agreement, we are no longer under ceremonial laws involving days. Moral laws are in effect in believer's hearts, but not the ceremonial laws. Proof? God says in Colossians 2:14,16 that Christ [blotted] out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.... Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holy- day, or of the new moon, or [Get it!] of the sabbath days.
We are not under the law, but under grace (Romans 6:14). God's moral law is written within and upon the hearts of believers, but ceremonial laws involving days have been nailed to the cross. We honor the Saviour of the new covenant on a new day -- the day of His resurrection, which is Sunday, the first day of the week. This we do out of love, not servitude, not through law, but through grace.

You are answering your own question, but for what it's worth since the Holy Roman Church was the first Christian church they made the rules.
