actually it varies from man to man but I like to visit full of beautiful hills and flowers and green grassy lands but if I can't visit such place then I like sleep on my mothers lap. I think you may think about your mom & about the nice moments you have spent with your mom or do the same as I do with mine

If you want to release your stress, go to a quiet place like the park. Things you can do are take a nap, or go to a friend's house. From what i know, friends are natural stress busters! or watch a funny movie! laughter is a great way to release stress!

Turn off the lights and get into the shower. You'd be surprised at just how relaxing it is to shower in the dark. No harsh lights, just soothing darkness with the water flowing down over you. It really does help to relieve stress.

As a side note: I haven't showered with the lights on in over 20 years, and I still don't have any grey hair.

Have a lovely rest of the evening.

I try to go away from the source of the stress, that isn't always easy when you are a parent, lol. I go to my camp, no power, no kids, no phones, and no stress. If you don't have that option, you could hike the state trails or go to a state park and spend the afternoon.

When I'm really stressed, I lock myself in the room and read. It takes my mind off of everything that's going on at the moment that causes me stress. It's great!

I sit on the couch, cuddle with my daughter and watch something incredibly stupid on TV (usually Spngebob.. he's my daughter's fave); I go into my studio, plug in my bass, turn up the stereo, turn up my amp, and wail until I am exhausted; I go running until I get tired, then I turn around and run home. By the time I get there, I am exhausted, and sweaty. I take a hot shower, and wash the stress clean off me.
