Well, you are already doing a good job learning by reading and watching... and since you are planning to take courses, you really do need to improve your english... You might want to take beginner's english classes in your local community college. They will usually have you take an assessment test to see your proficiency in english and place you in the right class. If you prefer learning by yourself, and you have the money, you may want to try Rosetta Stone and/or Pimsleur. But then again, your typing, grammar, and sentence structure is pretty solid so you're okay... plus, the best learning method is by immersing yourself in the language and don't be afraid to just converse with everyone because believe me, some people here in America can't speak half as well as you do but they just talk, talk, and talk in english... have confidence!

You want conversational English not academic, which means your in luck. Most research says it's easier to learn conversational English than academic (which takes a non native about 7 years to learn). All you really need to do is to get some friends whose primary language is English and talk with them a lot. You think you have problem with English look at the person who responded who confused Tudor with tutor (Tudor is a dynasty of English royalty or more commonly an architectural style). I think based on your typing that your writing skills are decent, so you just focus on confidence and conversation.

First thing...from your question your English seems pretty good. Second...keep in mind English is one of the hardest languages to learn and you already have it down better then some people born speaking English. Check into getting a tudor from a local college. There are always people willing to help others learn. Good luck and don't give up. Have faith in yourself.

When I first met my girlfriend 3 years ago she was fresh from Japan. Granted, she took years of English in high school but still it looked similar to what you are writing. What has really helped her is just being around more English speaking people. That simple interaction has greatly improved her speaking abilities. Sometimes I forgot it is not her first language. So in short, just try to mingle with many locals in your area and it will come to you in time.

English isn't troublesome in any respect. the subject is that folk who talk Spanish and learn English as a 2nd language have an extremely troublesome time via fact they have an inclination to apply Spanish structures with words in English. that isn't artwork, it never has. it is likewise troublesome to strengthen lots with in basic terms 3 hours a week of English and something of the time no English in any respect. that's a pity that many human beings proudly boast of having spent a year interior the u . s . getting to understand English. They did spend time getting to understand English yet hung around with the Mexican crowd most of the time. What a waste of time. whilst Spanish audio equipment how you could exhibit themselves in English and picture in English, the subject ends. They discover ways to decrease down on the bla bla bla via fact latins tend to communicate too lots. English is so on your funds and there are not any male and lady genders assigned to issues. Contractions make issues greater easy and compound nouns help lots too. It additionally takes will ability and incessant touch with the language. i would not say individuals experience extremely clever via fact they talk English. maximum won't be able to exhibit themselves amazing interior the only language they understand, no longer to show a 2nd language. Many Mexicans learn a 2nd language, ideally English. attempt getting to understand Russian, German or chinese language. this is troublesome.

You know, as far as typing goes, you're really doing just fine. I've seen people born here with much weaker writing skills than you. Don't give up - keep reading and watching television in English as much as possible. You are still young and you will pick it up if you keep at it. Good luck!

Trying singing with the radio. I know that it sounds silly but it works. I think because you're not thinking about speaking & listening to the words insted.

read more books with simple words and start from there. you need more familliarization with the words and how to use them, consider their spellings and pronounciations (with the aid of a dictionary of course).
