it depends.if the girl is really ugly, fat or maleducated there's no way in hell she can hook up with me even if she calls on the saints lol j/k. however, even if the girl is plain looking, if she's sweet enough to me and pays attention to me, there's a big big possibility that i might fall for her too

Everybody loves to be interesting and listened to. So show him that interest by asking about the things he likes and cares about -- and even participating where appropriate. Have together time, but also make sure he has his own time to do what he wants to do.
These things will go a lonnnng way for you, provided the looks are there (personality alone, unfortunately, will not do the trick).

That depends on each persons perception. For some guys her sense of humor might be a turn on,for some her honesty might be a turn on,for some her dressing style might be a turn on...it could be her friendly nature,shy nature...
