You'll find many manikins for sale on-line. Search/google for 'cpr supplies' or 'cpr manikins'.

Good manikins tend to run about $200 each. If you are looking for one for your own use, try the Heart Association's 'CPR Anytime' program for $40 and a useable, but not great, manikin.

The guidelines are changing, and that will affect the instructions, old videos, etc., however, you can use the new guidelines on almost any old manikin- except the fancy big versions with electronics in them.

Also- even with the new guidelines, the old techniques still work fine! The new ones are supposed to be better and simpler.

Guidelines for CPR are changing. Due to the newest criteria for certification, the "annie" mannequins are soon to be "outdated" so there will be many that will be useless for CPR training. Check with a local hospital after July 1st when the changes (according to the American Heart Association) go into effect.
