How do I turn off the True Vector Service on my computer?

I am having trouble resintalling Zone Labs Security Suite.

I'm not 100% sure on this, but it's possible that you didn't completely uninstall Zone Alarm prior to trying to re-install it. Try the "Add/Remove Programs" within the control panel functions to get rid of it, and then try the re-install. Good luck.
