I think the reason why you is so fat is because, you eat to much.. And you have to limit yourself on what you can if you want to lose weight you have to get on a diet to make sure that your weight doesn't get to the point that you don't feel comfortable in your own body... This is the reason why I think you is fat....

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if your trying to lose weight, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then your consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and log your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d

I have no clue. I know I'm fat because my girl always feeds. She makes me bacon, eggs and toast for breakfast, and makes tri tip, homemade beans, tortillas, and all sorts of other good stuff for lunch and dinner, and always brings me beer or soda, and changes the channel on the TV when we lose the remote so my fat butt don't gotta get off the couch. Man, I have it good, haha

Weight gain is caused by eating too many calories. Try counting the calories you are eating. The average amount of calories an adult should consume daily is 2,000. To lose weight you need to reduce your calories. Try reducing the amount you consume by about 50 each day to start. If you don't lose weight right away, try decreasing your daily calories more.
