That is the oldest line in the book. They try to make you feel responsible for them getting an erection. Truth is that men can get an erection from perfume or even a thought in their own minds.
I have had them tell me the same thing. Just tell them to take matters in hand and take care of it themselves....lol. Don't ever let that pressure you into having sex or feeling responsible for their relief.

Yes blue balls are real. But they come from prolonged sexual activity that does not end in an orgasm. Most guys attribute this to a lack of sensitivity down there, which can be counteracted by using a penis health creme that contains acetyl l carnitine. As for the guy you mentioned above, I wouldn't worry about him ignoring you. You are better off.

He sounds like a jerk. You can't spend the rest of your life having sex every time a guy gets an erection! Yes, blue balls exist but tell him there is a remedy that works every time - masturbation. He doesn't need to suffer if he's uncomfortable. But find yourself a nicer guy!

Of course they exist - they're how most women control the world. When a guy is that concerned with his balls, he won't notice when you take his... let's say... wallet. Any guy that is going to throw blue balls in your face, though, isn't very intelligent and probably doesn't have a lot of money. So much for my theory, eh?

well, making out with him definatly didnt do him any favours, but he probably also thought he was going to get some. its definatly a mix of the two, its not your fault totally he got blueballs. and yes, they do exist, if you have an erection for so long and dont get off, they do actually start to hurt, at least mine do.
dont feel bad about not getting him off, and the way hes acting now is pretty much standard operating procedure for guys that think chicks blueballed them. hell get over it, and if he doesnt, forget him.

poor guy, you shouldn't lead a guy on, then do nothing... Blue balls is when you sexually build somebody up(turn them on) then don't let them[help them to] reach climax, causing extreme pain. You should make it up to him ;)
