That question is way too vague to be properly answered.
The implication is that education relies on happiness or self-satisfaction rather than curiosity.
I have an idea it would be good for you to jump off a tall building.
Do you accept that idea? Does your answer rely on some vague notion of "happy" or "comfortable?"

If by accept (and I assume this is what you mean) you mean understand, then I think you may be on to something. People with insecurities are searching for answers though, so I don't know. If I had the money I'd offer you a grant on that one.

it depends. somebody could think that they are happy and think that they are comfortable with themselves, yet are not. also it depends on what type of "happy" you are talking about. if somebody is happy as in drinking and fornicating in a club, then that definitely isn't happy. but if the happy is a one that is pleased to help people for example, and just radiates out of you, that is real happiness. get what i mean?

It depends on what the subject is and what your definition of happy really is. There are alot of people who are comfortable with themselves and miserable inside.

Happiness is not a permanent state. Almost everyone experiences it from time to time, and at those times, they are happy people.
They could also be intolerant jerks.

look at the religions people who push their believes on others; they are very, very unhappy and unsecure with them selves , that is why so many push their religions on others & judge others..
