I broke my tooth a while back on a mcdonalds french fry... nice huh, anyways i didnt do anything i did get some wax for your mouth that helps it from cutting your tongue or gums, but they do have temp fillings at like walmart that will get you by until you go to the dentist but you really should talk with them alot of times if you put the busted part in your own spit or in milk (dont rinse it) they can usually put it back on....... good luck!

Ah those pesky tongue rings...

There is this show on TLC that I watch called "10 Years Younger," and they are always fixing people's teeth with veneers and stuff. They take them to the dentist though.

Go to a dentist. It shouldn't be expensive to file your tooth.

you should see a dentist in order to take x-ray
cause you might need more than a filling and only the x-ray could tell what is neccesary need to be done

I don't think there's anything you can buy to fix it. When it comes to your teeth you really don't want anyone other than a dentist to do anything.
