I want to go to camp but i parents are to clingy what should i do and say to get them to let me go?

First of all, consider why you want to go to camp. That's your first argument. If your parents don't really know about your social life, then here's your next one, "Mom, Dad, I'm sooo lonely and bored. I really would like some new friends, can I please go to camp. I really don't like being all alone here, and I could do so many things at camp. Being alone is making me depressed, you don't want me to be depressed, do you?" Play the pity card, your parents will be more apt to let you go if they believe your happiness is at stake.
