i have this boyfriend we've been together for 4 months he has chang so much he like i when't to ohio an i come back am he act like he dont know me or something an he forgot my name should i leave him an get someone better

Yes! leave him..if he can't even remember your name, then you should go on to someone else who is better...he obviously doesn't care about you much. Plus..it's not like you only had one date with him..you were together for FOUR months!!! if he can't even remember your name after that, then he is definitely NOT worth keeping!
