i got problems wit my parents this few days. they never let me do somehting which i liked, i wanna have long hair, i wanna join a group of band, and a lot more, they jus won't allowed me to do everything i want. i even tried to run away from my family but i can't jus do that. well their thinking are not like people today, modern or even being cool butt i'm a kind of person which is really different from them. what should i do????

LIfe is not fair. Adults don't get to do EVERYTHING (as you put it) that they want to do, why should you? They are the ones that gave birth to you, raised you, clothed you, fed you, gave you money to buy things with, and this is their thanks? You can always file for emancipation, but you have to prove that you are able to live independently and support yourself, which it doesn't sound like you could do. You could alway tell the Child protective services that they abuse you, then you could live in foster care, where they make you eat your own puke (my aunt's adopted son did at one foster home he lived in before his adoption), and they get money to make you do it. Stop sniveling and be thankful that you have TWO parents that love you enough to care where you're at, whether you're hungry, whether your clothes are clean, blah blah. Many kids are LUCKY to have even one parent these days, and are tripley blessed if that ONE cares about them.

Have patience and wait until you grow up. Then you will realize that your parents were not trying to keep you from doing specific things, but they were trying to get you to learn how to rationalize you actions and not move in haste on anything that is a fad or temporary.
