There are many factors when it comes to mini strokes (TIA) These often do not show up on a CT-scan and often not on an MRI. These are called transient strokes as they often cause little or no lasting damage. Legal drugs can also cause them. Know the signs of stroke, watch out for blood pressure rises and educate yourself. Migraines are often mini strokes and so can be visual auras( partial temporary loss of a part of vision field. Many hereditary factors can also play a big role and cause a hyper coagulated state. Autoimmunity can often lead to this too. Look at your family history of clotting events and look at lifestyle as well.

Cocaine would be in first place as most likely drug to cause a stroke with methamphetamine coming in as a close second.
