Just bleach what you want red then wait a week or two and die the blond streaks red.

Yes you do need to bleach the parts you want red first. BUT you then need to dye the blonde parts with a blonde dye before you then do the red dye. The reason is because blonde strips your hair of color so you need to fill in what was stripped out so you get the color you want. It's called a filler. If you try to go straight from bleaching to putting red it will turn orange. Use a semi-perminant to do the blonde and red dye.

Go to a professional. Once you start f*cking around in territory like that you can screw up your hair big time. Double processed hair is not meant to be dyed over...at least by yourself...at home...where the wild things grow.

You are going to kill your hair. If you keep dying it, it will turn into straw and may fall out. Let the natural color grow out before you process it again. And keep away from ugly colors.

I'd get it done proffesionally if you don't wanna look dumb. Certain hair colors will turn to other certain colors( i.e. my blonde hair wont turn brown, it turns red...true story).

Don't do that-you will ruin your hair and make it trashy and break. A professional stylist can streak your hair for you. Don't do it yourself.
