Make sure each cat has its own 'space' - meaning they have enough confortable places to go that they can get away from each other without having to hide somewhere. Also, make sure they're not competing for resources such as food or the litter box. Lastly check to make sure they're healthy; some medical conditions, especially painful things like dental disease, can make cats cranky.

You can't make them get along. Mine get along ok...one is 6 and one is 1. Mostly they avoid each other and have their own spaces in the house...yours will probably do the same!

first, have them spayed/neutered. If they stay indoors, declawed, it saves them from really tearing each other up. Time will tell, eventually they will become compatable.
