From experience I have to say confidence.
Last year I had to go for an interview for a Young Achievers Award. I didn't realise it was that day so I turned up utterly unprepared, but after using a few anecdotes and talking big about politics and art, I got the prize for best artist 13-16 years in my area!
When I went for my first job interview, the manager didn't even look at my school marks, just asked me what I thought about how well I could do the job and be friendly with customers.

i'm going to have to agree that the end goals with studies is an all-compassing knowledge that can feed confidence. i think its great if you feel good about yourself but if you open your mouth and prove yourself a fool what does it matter if you hold your head high.
will you be hiring your accountant by attitude or skill?
i understand that confidence is attractive and calls attention but i'd rather know that the person behind the confidence also has capability.

studies! the more you know, the more confident you are. stupidity+confidence is a very bad combination. people who are confident but have little to no education make the worse kinds of decisions in life.

there is no comparison between study and confidence.
both are co-related. anyone with no confidence has no keen interest in studies.and studies is important for your confidence.

this is probably a wrong question.
