Idolatry Forbidden

Galations 5:19-21
19The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; 20 idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions 21and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. Exodus 20:

(1) Im the Lord thy God that brought you out of bondage, You should have no other gods before me.

(2) You shall not make images for yourself and bow down to them or serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God visiting the iniquities (habitual sins) of the father upon the children unto the 3rd and 4th generation of them that hate me; And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me and keep my commandments.

(3) Thou shall not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain; for the Lord will not hold him guiltless (Guilty of not loving God) that takes his name in vain.

(4) Remember the Sabbath day to keep it Holy. Remember God created everything in 6 days. The 7th day He rested.

Jesus said to Love the Lord thy God with all your heart, mind, soul and strength; and to love your neighbor as yourself. Do this to fulfill the law.
