Adult brain tumors are diseases in which cancer (malignant) cells begin to grow in the tissues of the brain. The brain controls memory and learning, senses (hearing, sight, smell, taste, and touch), and emotion. It also controls other parts of the body, including muscles, organs, and blood vessels. Tumors that start in the brain are called primary brain tumor.its based on where the tumor is located.

No. Some people would be better if they leave the tumor and remove their brain.
Also: if the tumor isn't growing, and it's in a hard-to-get place, they sometimes should be left in.

Not all brain tumors can be removed.

Hell no. Makes excellent padding for the brain. I think everyone should have at least 3 or 4 for good measure.

No, because in some cases it would kill the patient. Not a good plan.
