Yes, you can even faint if the O is big enough. Sounds like you are just having a lot of fun.
I was with a girl once that passed out for 10 minutes after her O. She said it was so good that she could not stand it.

an interesting thing about orgasm, is that sometimes after climax comes a period where your brain basically resets...
so that could have temporarily cut off nervous connection to your extremities...
or you might have circulatory issues.
