Sometimes we have to smarter than the doctors. Sometimes doctors are afraid that people with chronic pain are really seeking drugs for recreational use, not for pain. Never tell a doctor you need pain meds. Never ask for them, if your doctor doesn't treat your pain condition, then find one who will, but don't ask for the drugs. It is a red light to a doctor.

MOVE!!There is no reason for someone with chronic conditions to suffer.I was in a bad car accident and I will not suffer. It took my asking a question on here to realize that.I am good at answering others questions, but when it comes to me, I am clueless.Do what you need to do.Visit another doctor, check and see if your insurance requires a referral for a visit to a pain management Dr.Don't hurt.
