Height really matters. If you're like 5'0'', then yes, you might want to lose a bit of weight. However, if you're 5'7" or something, then you might be a perfectly acceptable weight. Muscle also plays a role. If you have a lot of muscle (even if you can't see it), then you will weigh more.

The biggest thing is whether or not you feel fat. If you don't, then you probably aren't. Still, if you're truly concerned then I'd ask your doctor the next time you have a check-up. He (or she) can tell you for certain.

Weight is something that we all are concerned about, sometimes to distraction. I'm 37 and weigh 120-135 ( kinda varies each month) I'm 5'4&3/4" tall - hehe not quite 5'5". All the charts say that I am right where I'm supposed to be - ok, now here's your answer...Do you think 150 is a lot? Everybody's different. I've been up in the 150's a couple of times in my life - 15-18 (I called it my baby fat) then 26-34 (after I had my daughter I called it her baby fat). Other people treat you differently based on weight, but honestly, I feel like the same old me whether I'm 120 or 150. If you're ok with your weight then no one else's opinion should matter.

sounds like you're a couch potato....and don't get out an ride that bike for exercise. YES 150 is FAT honey...don't try and justify the 2 piece either...you probably look like a heifer in it.

Get yourself on a losing diet and thin down. you'll live a lot longer if you get yourself to a healthy weight.

At 5' you should weigh 100lbs. For every inch over 5' you should allow your self another 5 lbs. So...let's say you're 5'3" you should only weigh 115 lbs.

see your Dr. insist your MOM / DAD take you to the Dr. to get medical help with nutrition.

Cut the McD's, Burger King, Taco Bell ...Dunkin Donut and all FAST food out of your daily diet too.

Depends totally on how tall you are. Find a chart and look up your BMI (body mass index). The chart will tell you if you are normal weight, underweight, overweight, or obese.

You're too young to worry about your weight. Eat healthy and excerise and let nature take its course. Your metabolism is going to be changing anyway.

well without knowing your height or if you are in sports I couldn't tell you.
Ask your family doctor.
Eat healthy and excercise at least 20 minutes everyday...

You should get a Doctor's opinion because he would know more about you than I.

Perhaps. My main question is, how tall are you? Height makes a BIG difference.

Sweetie it depends on how tall you are, what your bone structure is like & whether you have good muscle tone.
