bipolar disorder...
how many girls do you know who:
1 have violent mood swings?
2 manic attacks?
3 depressive episodes?
4 break things?
5 hurt themselves intentionally?
6 fixate on one concept?
7 eat inedible objects?
8 have violent tendencies?
9 cannot sit still for more than about thirty seconds?
10 threaten people continuously?
I doubt very seriously, that if you knew a person with bipolar disorder, you'd be asking this question.
mood swings during puberty are very common, it has to do with the massive hormonal changes in the body, but these mood swings are far less severe than those of a bipolar individual.
these girls you're complaining about, they won't go from happy to violent in about... two seconds. and I'm not exaggerating. bipolar mood swings are very very rapid. mood swings in adolescent girls (especially, but it can happen in boys too) are far less severe usually taking anywhere from hours to days to change.
look at your disorders before you make crass statements about the people around you next time!
