Yeah, I was a "dork" in high school too. The girls made fun of me, and the guys never spoke to me. Now, when I roll through my old neighborhood, it's like I'm a movie star! My point is....be you. I haven't changed since high school. Further, high school is a small portion of your life story. It may hurt now, but when you continue to perfect you, maintain your composure and confidence, the rest of the world will appreciate and welcome it. If you are a "dork" be the best dork you can be. Enjoy your high school years, and do not waste your time worrying about those deadbeats. Finally, the most beautiful quality in a woman is her ability to be comfortable and love herself in her own skin.

Don't change - be yourself. Find what you think is your best quality - something you can do with confidence and try and better that aspect. Lead with your strengths - try to connect based on what you can do best. The other things will fall into place, just don't highlight your weaknesses.
Find someone you can connect with and spend some time just finding a comfort level. That will do a lot towards giving you the confidence for spreading out to others.
Look at yourself objectively - as others might see you. Make some judgments on whether you are comfortable with the reason that you come across in that manner - if it doesn't matter, you can try to change it towards the norm without losing yourself.
Above all - don't forget who you are. Don't adopt values without thinking about the implications..

Let them think what they want to. You know who and what you are and they apparently don't. Even if you WERE a dork it's really none of their business. Most of the time when someone teases or makes fun of someone else it is because they do not feel that they have the same qualities as that person. They feel inferior or not as good as that person and therefore will tease and make fun of you.
Relax...be yourself. They don't know what they are missing. :)

It is always best to be your self because you will make a big fool out of your self tring to fit in. When the nobodys come around talking about they don't like you make them look stupid by showing them you love your self and that you are proud of who you are. I don't know you but one thing I can say is that you have something going for you that's why they continue to pick on you and I should know because it happened to me a long time ago. Soon I realized there was nothing wrong with me but the fact that people could'nt stand my uniqueness to stand out and that's basically similar to what you're going though. DON"T MAKE THEM WIN EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR OLDER BROTHER,SISTER OR COUSIN!

If they are still making fun of people and calling them dorks you shouldn't care, even if you are one. Don't let them get you down. Wait for them to mature and not be so judgemental. You WILL find people who like you for you're dorkiness ; )

I'm sure that not everyone thinks of you that way. The best thing to do is to have self-confidence. If you are your own biggest fan, other people will think that you are great too:)
