I dont' know about having an orgasm from your anus while having anal sex, but I have had a normal vaginal orgasm while having anal sex.

yeah. the "g spot" can be stimulated. however it depends on the girl. also some girls can even have an orgasm even without intercourse and not touching any part of their body.
